1. Returns Eligibility:
We accept returns for items that meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- The return request must be initiated within 15 days of the original purchase date.
- Accessories, swimwear, and undergarments are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
2. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our Customer Support: Reach out to our dedicated customer support team at orders@friscothelabel.com or through our contact page within 15 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
b. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for the return process.
c. Package Your Items: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a similar packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of the original invoice and the RA number.
d. Ship Your Return: Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Refund Process:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund as follows:
- If the item meets the eligibility criteria, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are non-refundable.
- If the item does not meet the eligibility criteria, we will contact you to discuss available options.
4. Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide assistance and arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
6. International Returns:
For international customers, please note that you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with returning items.
7. Final Sale Items:
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund.
8. Changes to the Policy:
Frisco the Label reserves the right to modify or update this Returns and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
